Montenegro's politics and constitution explained
Montenegro has been established by its 1992 Constitution as a democratic sovereign state which enables the citizens to elect representatives of the Parliament. In a period of five years, a President will hold office after being elected. The President will represent the country in other countries. Also, the President also has the power to propose a candidate for the next Prime Minister. It’s vital for the country to have a Prime Minister as it handles the major directives of the government.
